All business-to-consumer and e-commerce activities of Le Chalet Cryo ltd is conducted by Le Chalet Cryo ltd. Any contract You enter into through the Website will be with Le Chalet Cryo ltd.
Orders and Cancellation
4.2.1 If You order from Us You have the right to cancel Your order at any point up to the end of fourteen calendar days after the day on which You receive the Goods. We cannot accept cancellations after this period.
If you provide more than 12 hours notice of cancellation prior to the start time of a treatment, your Credit will be refunded. If your booking is cancelled within 12 hours of the start time of the treatment ("Late Cancellation") or in case you fail to attend the Class ("No-Show"), you will lose your credit. If on one of our unlimited Memberships, you will be charged a £15 No-Show / £10 Late Cancellation fee.
Memberships must be cancelled via Customer's profile (either on the website or the app) or by contacting a Representative 48 hours before the renewal date. Any cancellation requests received after the renewal date will take effect at the end of the new renewed period (no refund will be processed for late cancellations). Please note removing a credit cards on your account does not constitute cancelling your contract.
Customer Consent to Le Chalet Cryo Whole Body Cryotherapy Treatment
7.1 You understand that it is mandatory to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consisting of a headband, mask, gloves, socks, enclosed footwear, shorts and vest during my Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC) session as a safety precaution. You also understand that I should not remove Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at anytime during my Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC) session
7.2 You understand that wet or damp clothing cannot be worn at anytime during a Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC) session. If You need dry clothing; it is available upon request; please ask the receptionist or chamber technician for assistance
7.3 You understand that you cannot enter the chamber with wet hair or moisture or oil on my skin
7.4 You understand that users of the cryo chamber must be at least 18 years of age or older and confirm that You are 18 years of age or older.
7.5 You understand that if you wear contact lenses, it may be helpful to close or blink my eyes to moisturise them
7.8 You understand that You may be refused entry to the cryo chamber for safety reasons
