RETURN, REFUND & Cancellation Policy
Returns
As explained in this section, our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards (they can however be transferred to somebody else)
- Some health and personal care items
Memberships must be cancelled via Customer's profile (either on the website or the app) or by contacting a Representative 48 hours before the renewal date. Any cancellation requests received after the renewal date will take effect at the end of the new renewed period (no refund will be processed for late cancellations). Please note removing a credit cards on your account does not constitute cancelling your contract.
Cancellation:
We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note we have a minimum 12h before your Treatment cancellation policy. Although we love to give as much flexibility as possible to our members, such a policy is the only way to ensure the best usage and availability of services for all our clients.
In case of a no-show or late cancellation, you will lose your Treatment credit for that session (and if on one of our Unlimited memberships, you will be charged a £10 late cancellation / £15 no-show fee).
What if you are late?
Sessions are booked at specific slots, so please arrive 10 minutes early. If you're late you may have to wait for the next available slot, subject to availability.
